Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

My item was lost / damaged during shipping! What do I do?
Please email me pictures of the damage and let me know. Some items are limited stock or expensive to order, thus I will be unable to ship you a new one. If it's something small, I'll see what I can do. Please do understand that I am not responsible for any damages or lost packages that occur during shipping.

Do you ship to the UK?
Due to the VAT, I will not be able to ship to the UK at this time. If an order to the UK comes in, I will cancel it. The $90,000 shipping is to prevent UK customers from ordering. I'm really sorry!

If I buy a pre-order item and a non-preorder item together, will they ship separately or together?
Together! I will wait for your pre-order item to arrive first before shipping out the entire package! Please keep this in mind if you need an item before a certain date.
